Our complex, safety-focused, and connection-centered brains can make change difficult. Regardless of these traits that we all share, we all still navigate challenges uniquely. How we approach our stories impacts how we see ourselves and the world around us. Challenges are inevitable, and it's okay to feel scared, overwhelmed, or depressed.

These harrowing experiences can lead to isolation, stuckness, panic, and other uncomfortable feelings. Does this sound like something you are facing? Rather than battling it out alone, I work from a mindset of inspiring hope and seeking peace in and outside the therapy room.

As a therapist, I am passionate about bringing together shared ideas in growth and communication. For instance, if you're struggling with PTSD, I may use Internal Family Systems to help you understand and heal from past traumas. I am also currently undergoing AF-EMDR training that offers valuable insight into the life of our inner child. If you're dealing with depression, I may use Experiential Therapy to help you explore and understand your emotions tangibly.

I love to learn about family histories, cultural backgrounds, and spiritual beliefs. To best achieve this in the therapy room, I use a variety of approaches to address your concerns and goals with validation, educational opportunities, and sensitivity to you and your experiences.
